Being member of The Wine Pusher wine club is free of charge.

 

All you have to do to become a member is to register yourself here – and provide the information, name, address (for delivery purposes), phone number and email address.

 

Then you become a member and can enjoy:

• Participate in our exiting events – meet our wine producers and enjoy wine in a good company.
• Buy our wines – for members only prices and get additional advantages when your family and friends join as well.
• Collect points that can be used for purchasing products, events and more.
• Larger purchases enable a Golden membership status – with even more advantages – when you have collected at least 200 points over a year.
• Book an event and get The Wine Pusher team out and let you have a good time, fun and enjoy the tasting of wines.

You can purchase directly on our website without being a member, but then also missing out on all the member opportunities and missing to purchase at the good membership prices. Then you will be asked just to provide information about name, address, email and telephone number for delivery purposes.

 

Trade conditions

Purchase of our wines and other products happens through our web site – www.thewinepusher.com – using the dedicated payment system on this website.

 

The prices on wines are given for 1 bottle and for a box with 6 bottles (only an option for members) and are all incl. Lithuanian VAT (21%).

 

Transport to your indicated address is added to the purchase price.

 

Shipping will be initiated, once the payment has actually been executed for the purchased order.

 

It is possible to agree to pick up the wines at our central warehouse location (according to specific agreements made with The Wine Pusher on each separate delivery).

 

Children’s privacy

Additionally, it should be noted that in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, alcoholic beverages are sold in Lithuania only to persons who have reached the age of 20, therefore, before registering and becoming a member of The Wine Pusher wine club and/or purchasing such goods from our Website, you must confirm that you have reached the age of 20 and you will assume all the related responsibility.

 

In practice, when entering Our Website you will be asked if you have already reached the age of 20 otherwise you will not have access to the Website nor an opportunity to purchase any alcohol through our website.

 

Once having ordered alcohol from Our Website that is to be delivered as specified in the placed order it should be noted that ordered alcohol can only be delivered when:

• The courier has factually checked that the receiver of the delivered alcohol is delivered to the same person as indicated in the order specification and that this person is at least 20 years of age.
• That the alcohol is delivered within the time frames as specified in the Law on Alcohol Control of the Republic of Lithuania (i.e. orders are not actually delivered from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m., from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. on Sundays and September 1).

 

In other cases, the order will be canceled and the order returned.
